Assistant President Liang Zhang and his delegation from Jiangnan University visited Canjoy New Material Co., Ltd.'s intelligent factory.

On September 26, 2022, Assistant President Liang Zhang and his delegation from Jiangnan University visited Canjoy New Material Co., Ltd.'s intelligent factory. Our company's Chairman, Fangping Wu, and General Manager, Yong Chen, accompanied them during the visit.

During the visit, Professor Zhang and our Chairman Wu had a detailed exchange and shared their views on the development plans of the active (intelligent) packaging industry and the industrialization of biotechnology.

During the visit, Chairman Wu accompanied Professor Zhang and his delegation to visit Canjoy's intelligent production workshops, and gave a detailed introduction of the company's current development status. As the first intelligent production enterprise in the industry, Canjoy will use modern technology to lead the sustainable development of the industry in the future and contribute to the development of the industry with its own strengths.

In the future, Canjoy will continue to strengthen cooperation with universities such as Jiangnan University in terms of production, learning, and research, to achieve technological empowerment and innovation lead.

Introduction of Professor Liang Zhang

Professor Liang Zhang is a doctoral supervisor and a professorial appointment at Jiangnan University. He mainly engages in application-based research and technology development in the fields of active substance biomanufacturing, environmental bioremediation, and fermentation process engineering. He has presided over 6 national projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the National "863" Plan, more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects such as the Jiangsu Industrial Forefront Project and the Army Pre-Research Project, and published more than 50 SCI papers. He has applied for more than 70 national invention patents, of which 37 have been authorized, and 8 international patents, of which 4 have been authorized by the United States and Europe. He has participated in the compilation of 2 national planning textbooks for the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". He has won 2 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, the Jiangsu Outstanding Youth Fund, and the Huo Yingdong Youth Teacher Fund. He was selected as the "Six Talent Peak" of Jiangsu Province, the "New Century Outstanding Talent Plan" of the Ministry of Education, and the "Qinglan Project" outstanding young backbone teacher training program of Jiangsu Province. He is a member of the Technical Committee of the Alcohol Branch of the China Alcohol Industry Association, the director of the Corn Deep Processing Branch of the China Cereals and Oils Association, and the director of the Jiangsu Ecological Society.
