The new team, new journey, and new look

2022 business year operation plan conference will be held on April 30th! This conference combines the annual summary, award ceremony, new fiscal year plan, goal responsibility book signing, and wonderful sharing from various departments and senior management personnel. Let's review the highlights of the day together!

1)Sign-in upon entry

Around 7:30 in the morning, participants entered the venue orderly, and the venue service team members organized check-in and shared delicious tea and snacks.

2)Annual work summary

At 8:00 in the morning, the conference officially began. In order, department managers gave 15-20 minutes of wonderful sharing about the 2021 work summary and existing problems and improvement measures, and received sharing and commenting from senior management.

3)Mid-term warm-up

After a short lunch break, Mr. Wu led the participants to do a warm-up exercise to keep the afternoon sharing full of energy and vitality!

4)Award ceremony

Mr. Wu presented the award to Hongli Wu, the 2021 sales champion.

5)Appointment letter issuance

Company senior management issued appointment letters to department heads.

6)Goal responsibility book signing

Department heads signed the 2022 goal responsibility book and pledged to complete the annual goal!

7)Senior management sharing

Mr. Chen gave a wonderful sharing from multiple dimensions such as time management, effective communication, and execution, and received warm applause from the audience!

8)Conference summary

After the wonderful sharing, Mr. Wu led everyone to review the experience of the past year, and analyzed the current environment, whether enterprises or individuals, should uphold the "live hard, wait for the spring" confidence and courage, hard work in the New Year, with a new outlook, embark on a new journey!

9)Expectation
